When we say Be Your Own Creature, we mean that brands should be different and unique to stand out from the pack in today’s harried, ultra-competitive world. When clients engage us, they can anticipate we won’t deliver creative that’s expected or ordinary.
To reinforce this message, we created a promotional campaign in 2013 to show our character design and illustration abilities. We sent these ZooHeads, which were printed on vinyl to be affixed and re-affixed safely to any surface, in shiny packages to nearly 150 VIP clients and perspective clients every month for a year.
We started by brainstorming and sketching to come up with ideas for the campaign.
Every month, the idea for an original Zookeeper character, along with a kooky, memorable creature name, jumped off the page. These were super fun to create and draw.
